State of emergency declared in California due to landslide

California Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency in the city of Rancho Palos Verdes because of the fast-moving mudslides. Evacuations have been ordered and power has been cut off to avoid fires. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
