What is the schedule for Hoy No Circular?
Next Tuesday, September 3rd, Vehicles that enter the Hoy No Circula program will be prohibited from traveling in CDMX and Edomex from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
For vehicles with foreign plates, the restriction will be shorter from 5:00 am to 11:00 am.
How does the Hoy No Circula program work?
The Hoy No Circula program applies partial restrictions to vehicle circulation, taking into account emission levels and vehicle age. Restrictions are determined based on the last number of the license plate and the color of the vehicle’s sticker. Additionally, in the event of an environmental disaster, additional restrictions may apply depending on the severity of the situation.
