Security authorities have converged on the Chihuahua Dam in the Rinconada de la Presa neighborhoodAfter receiving a report that a helicopter tasked with collecting water for the fire had gone down in the water with at least two people on board.
Arriving at the scene, units used a drone to locate the person involved, who was calling for help from a distance. Firefighters, using a jet ski, went to his aid.
In addition, an authority helicopter patrolled the area to locate other people. More than six emergency units, including the fire department, municipal, state and road police and the Army National Guard, participated in the operation.
